This piece is one of my five "Kuba" series art and canvas prints exploring geometric abstraction through a recurring cube motif, "Cuba" uses a tight, unbroken grid of prismatic cubes, tessellated edge to edge with connecting black outlines giving the whole surface a woven, tile-like rhythm. The title borrows its rhythm from the infectious bass line, lively Latin percussion, and soulful vocals of the Gibson Brother's most successful 1970's single and the mosaic pattern itself: repetitive, percussive, built cube by cube like a dance built from a fixed set of steps.

Premium Frame - Solid, hand-stained wood box frame with perspex glaze, offering great sunlight resistance. The frame is 20mm (0.8") front face x 33mm (1.3") deep, 1cm deeper than the Standard for a more substantial look.
Mounting - Available as an add-on for both Standard and Premium Frames. Our off-white, conservation-grade mount (2.4mm thick) adds a 5cm (2") border around your artwork, this reduces the size of the artwork; the overall size of the frame stays the same.
Stretch Canvas - Hand-stretched giclée canvas on 38mm (1.5") deep European pine beams with mirror-wrapped edges giving a gallery-ready look. Sound-absorbing, helps soften acoustics and reduce noise.
Framed Canvas - Solid, satin-laminated float-framed stretch canvas with a 5mm gap between canvas and frame for an elegant floating effect. The frame is 13mm (0.5") front face x 55mm (2.2") deep. Sound-absorbing, helps soften acoustics and reduce noise.
